At eAdventure Power, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, we have implemented a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Should an installed battery experience a manufacturer defect, that is verified after receipt and inspection, we will honor our six month warranty, from date of purchase, and provide an immediate repair. Batteries that have been installed and used fall under our warranty policy and do not qualify for a refund.
Please note that any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not qualify for a refund.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us to receive detailed instructions on the return process. Ensure you provide your order details and reason for the return to expedite the process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
